This short documentary film tells the compelling story of Mabel Osgood Wright (1859 - 1934) who founded the Connecticut Audubon Society in 1898. She went on to help reestablish the National Audubon Society and then founded the Birdcraft Songbird Sanctuary in Fairfield, Connecticut in 1914. Mabel was also a professional photographer, dedicated educator, and she wrote over 30 books. (18 minutes)
